If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days upon receipt. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.

All returns must be approved by Joya. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@joyastudio.com. Please include your order # and item you are returning. We will issue a shipping address and return authorization # which must be included on or in you return package.
