Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items within 14 days of purchase, with the exception of final sale items. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, undamaged and unopened and in its original packaging, the same condition in which it was received. This is crucial at this time especially due to the current COVID-19 situation across the country. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable.

To complete your return, please contact info@joyastudio.com with the email used for your purchase and your order ID number. 

We will provide an Return Authorization number and instructions for returning the item, and you will be refunded, less a shipping and restocking fee.

Returns or exchanges without proper documentation (i.e. confirmation from our team member) and RA number cannot be accommodated.

 

Exchanges are issued in the form of store credit for the products paid. Store credit is a digital gift card (which never expires). 

 

If you are experiencing issues with any products purchased in our store please contact info@joyastudio.com with the email used for your purchase and your order ID number, as well as any images you are able to provide.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you believe your refund is late, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@joyastudio.com.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

IMPORTANT:

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern or general abuse, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts and limit purchases in our sole business discretion.
